Gina: Everyday Memories, RED Pocketed Memory Keeping, 2015, Week 2 (Imported Post)

Week 2 of this year was kind of a quiet one for us.  Since we travel so often and seem to always be going here and there to spend time with friends and family, it’s nice every now and then to block off some time just to be home, to catch up on hobbies and to just take a breath.  Week 2 was definitely like that for us. It was also a time to think about goals and to take some time to prepare to achieve them.  I didn’t do a whole lot of embellishing on these pages, letting the journaling and the photos speak for themselves.  I used the January Scraptastic This Life Noted kit as well as things from my stash that came in previous kits.  I did a full review of these pages in my youtube video so if you’re interested in more details, please check that out.  (And again, I photographed these in the page protectors – I either need to take the cards out and photograph them or find a better way to do it while they’re in the page protectors.)

Insert 1 – instead of doing Stew’s news this year, Stew is sending me emails with the heading of News Bites from Stitch.  This makes it very easy to insert the things that Stew finds interesting throughout the day into my weekly spread since I can combine all of his news onto one 8.5×11 sheet.
